Huge this 3000 sq ft beautiful Oceanside beach house can be rented as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom house, so those rentals will take priority, but as a last minute booking you can save when we lock off 1-3 bedrooms in the shoulder or slower season, a huge house for a great rate! You might even score a rental in the high seaon or holidays if the dates are not closed within a few weeks of your stay. This house has 2 masters with King beds, one bedroom with a with one queen and two singles (bunks), and another with a queen bed. The Queen and the bunk bed/Queen bedrooms share a bath, and the first floor has a guest bath, so even as a one bedroom, you will have a second bathroom. Also a portable crib is included.

This ocean side beach vacation rental is across from the beach, (steps around an oceanfront house that rents for twice the price) of the full rate of this house. Included is a two car garage, a security system, washer dryer, and A/C is provided. Fantastic views from the roof top deck, the master bedroom with private deck, and you have a formal dining room, as well as nook in kitchen/large family room, Soaring ceilings, and a fireplace in the living room, and another fireplace in the family room. This gorgeous house is adjacent to the beach, across Pacific St, (not on the highway), immediately proximate to the white sandy beaches, with lifeguard stations, McDonald's at the pier, concession stands, showers and public facilities. Oceanside Pier is the focal point of summer activities in the city. The grand Chef's gourmet kitchen has granite counters and beautiful high-end appliances, shows like a model! It is fully equipped, with many other extras. Sunset ocean and beach views from your private rooftop deck. BBQ and enjoy! A Barbeque on the deck too. Comfortable living room seating arrangement with cable and new large flat Panel TV and fireplace in the living room and the family room is super comfortable too. The formal dining room seats 10-12! Get your pina coladas or margaritas in the blender, relax and enjoy this fantastic Oceanside home with ocean breezes! Also equipped with A/C!

A great place to hang for surfing, enjoying the beach, your own patio with family and friends, the breezes all summer and year-round! Have your afternoon glass of wine or ice tea watching the great sunsets on the deck! Only steps over to the beach or go fishing at the pier! Enjoy our California year-round moderate temperatures. Take a walk to downtown Oceanside, for dinner (or breakfast), or use the great more than convenient kitchen that is supplied with everything you could need. Take the Coaster train to the Del Mar Races the last week of July-through early September. Lots of shopping close by, walking distance to great casual dining, lots of activities! Legoland is only 10 minutes away, San Diego 40 minutes to the south, Disneyland is only 60 minutes to the north. Miles of beaches to explore.
Some close golf courses include: minutes to Encinitas Ranch or La Costa Resort and Spa golf courses! Minutes to Downtown San Diego, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Safari, Disneyland only about a one hour drive. Great central location to all of San Diego and Orange County!

Date of stay: May, 2011...We had a wonderful family reunion, it was for my son's wedding (at another rental across the way) at this great beach house! It is roomy, functional, and so well laid out for a family. The location on So. Pacific was even better than we hoped for. We'll remember this week for the rest of our lives.
