 We've stayed here many times and we love it because you can literally step outside the back door, take the stairs to the beach. We love surfing here. We love having our friends over. I can't say enough about the view from the master bedroom: that's my dream come true. You can hear the surf all night long and the view includes everything south as well as west. The living room is super spacious and comfy. The house is beautifully appointed and we lack for nothing when we stay there. We've rented several places in Encinitas and we like this the best. We intend on returning at least once every year. Speaking of Encinitas - The best little town in California !

This home is truly a work of art and fine architecture (the photos of it are very well done, it really is this gorgeous). It is also very comfortable and inviting. The owners have done a phenomenal job of decorating and seeing to all of the comforts guests could want or need. The nautical theme throughout is wonderfully done and is a beautiful reflection of the North San Diego Coast. The kitchen is well stocked with everything, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are huge! When we arrived, the home was spotlessly clean, with everything in fine working order. Encinitas is a charming beach town full of quaint shops, great restaurants, and an amazing coastline. The Casa Romatica sits right in the perfect spot...close to everything. It would be impossible to pick a better location for your stay. We have stayed in many places up and down both the east and west coast. This is the best of the bunch!!! p.s. I was able to get a bunch of work done which made my stay profitable too!!!
