Oceanfront single family residence with a lap pool *8ft x 24ft,
maximum depth is 6ft- exercise or play indoors on those cooler days
and enjoy those 180 degrees of ocean front views! Sit on the lower
patio or the master bedroom deck and enjoy ocean breezes, dolphins
and surfers out front while sipping your morning coffee or having
your evening glass of wine or cocktail with family and friends, watching the incredible
sunsets from the privacy of your own home! The occasional whales are
seen from our shores too! The large master suite bedroom is on the second floor
with expansive 180 degree ocean views; a large deck with
chaise lounges and seating to enjoy it all! Very romantic! For
families sharing space, this is a perfect home with the master
bedroom, with 2 twin single beds upstairs, and a queen, also with ocean views on
the first level. Plus a huge bedroom with another full bed,
and queen bed sharing the same room. Cable TV, house phone and High
speed Internet is included. Huge flat panel screen televisions, DVDs
and stereo. An easy walk to the beach access only 2-3 blocks to fun
in the sun at Moonlight Beach. Moonlight Beach Encinitas has all of
the public facilities, life guard, and more. Surf at the beach, D
Street or Moonlight Beach, or go to Swami's in Cardiff for surf
competitions. Golf courses minutes away, include Encinitas Ranch,
Torrey Pines and La Costa Resort.
The pool and ocean frontage have a removable fence for safety.
The house is fully equipped with high speed internet, big screen

This gorgeous home is a single family residence in the heart of
downtown Encinitas. Walk to the beach access at either D Street or
Moonlight Beach, or to all of the restaurants and shops that
Encinitas has to offer. Encinitas is situated between Solana Beach
(Del Mar area) and Carlsbad. It consist of three oceanfront unique
towns, Cardiff by the Sea and Leucadia. You can easily drive to
downtown San Diego or head north into the Orange County and Los
Angeles areas for sightseeing and Disneyland.
The location is perfect for walking to our quaint downtown
Encinitas, for boutiques, restaurants and shopping at the
'Lumberyard'. Enjoy our perfect moderate climate here in the best
area of San Diego! Centrally located in the North Coast and an easy
drive to all. Only 30 minutes to SAN (San Diego Lindbergh) Airport,
or one hour to SNA, John Wayne Airport, Orange County. Close to
Legoland, Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track, Cedros Design
District, Carlsbad Flower Fields or Carlsbad Company Stores, easy
drive to Sea World, (about 30 minutes), downtown San Diego Gas Lamp
District and Seaport Village, San Diego Zoo, or the San Diego Wild

only a 10 minute drive, and 10 minutes south to Del Mar or Solana
Beach for the Del Mar racing season, Cedros Design District
shopping, and numerous beach sports. Torrey Pines features
parasailing and hang gliding. Only 30 minutes to downtown San Diego
for the World Famous San Diego Zoo, and 40 minutes to the Wild
Animal Park. You’ll also find it an easy drive to the Temecula Wine
Country, Mexico for shopping, and about a 70 minute drive to
Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm. Try visiting Dana Point Harbor for
short trips to Catalina Island, or deep sea fishing at Oceanside (15

I rented the beach house for an informal reunion with my college
roommates. We could not have had a better experience and plan to
return there annually for our reunions. The location right on the
water is incomparable and we were able to walk easily to local
restaurants and shops. The indoor pool was a great hit, and we used
it all weekend. I couldn't recommend this house more highly!

We LOVED our time there. The house is unusual with the indoor pool
and a little "funky," but those views and the
location are out of this world. My son in law is a surfer, so he was
in heaven, and I just wish I could wake up in
that master bedroom the rest of the summer!

pool time. And I really enjoyed the beach front location. That's
what is most important to us. The house was very comfortable and

Fantastic vacation rental location stay for a week! I would
definitely rate it with more stars! Our San Franciscan family and I
went to visit San Diego for a conference and decided to stay here as
opposed to staying at a hotel. Our intention was to get away from
the hustle and bustle of the city. We wanted a slower more relaxing
pace for a week and what a great choice we made to stay at this
property! The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and my husband
and I loved the view from the deck of the Master bedroom. The
surrounding beach city of Encinitas is so quaint and we were walking
distance of restaurants, a seaside bazaar and plenty of shops with
various curios. Chris and her staff and the owners were so helpful
whenever we needed some advice about the area. There are plenty of
beds and sleeping space if you are planning to have your extended
family stay. If you have any teenagers that need to be connected to
technology there is wireless internet and satellite TV. The best
part of the day are those moments right between day and night when
the sun is setting. We sat out on the balcony drinking some wine and
listening to the crashes of waves which is perhaps the most relaxing
moments of my life. You should definitely think about staying here
in Encinitas for your next vacation. Highly highly recommended
vacation rental. I rate this the 5/5 stars!

We were very happy with this property. The kids loved the pool and
the short walk to Moonlight Beach and its playground. The
adults loved the upper deck (both were great but the upstairs just
rocks) and the 3 block walk to awesome restaurants and unique
shopping boutiques. We DIDN’T want to leave!

This house has exceeded our expectations! Incredible priceless
views. We came here to celebrate my mother’s & father’s 50th
anniversary. She had an unforgettable week with the family. From the
moment you walk in and see the beautiful ocean, you fall in love
with this place. We had never felt as comfortable or relaxed as we
have here. The kids loved all of the many attractions of San Diego
within easy driving distance. We spend most afternoons on the deck,
and believe me, it was difficult to leave. The kids absolutely loved
the pool and we want to come back next year! Watching surfers,
boats, and dolphins never gets old. We even saw a whale from the
patio! The fresh ocean air is so intoxicating and the local food is
great- we could walk to all and have many great memories!
