occasion or simply a relaxing peaceful get-away, this designer
restored 1949 Craftsman Hacienda has a totally private setting, yet
is only four blocks to the beach access at Stone Steps, and a short
stroll to Leucadia and downtown Encinitas. Four fully appointed
master suites, a large 6 person jacuzzi tub, a cook's kitchen (and
an extra kitchenette in one of the suites) provides ample cooking

This designer-restored Craftsman Hacienda (circa 1949), is in the
heart of the Encinitas area known as "Old Leucadia", totally private
yet just four blocks from Stone Steps Beach and a short stroll to
Leucadia and Downtown Encinitas, with four fully appointed master
suites, 6-person Jacuzzi, a cook's kitchen and extra kitchenette in
one of the suites. Plus a beautiful Thai Daybed and a futon couch
makes this villa suitable for 8 to 13 people comfortably.

A great place to hang for surfing, enjoying the beach, your own
patio, yard + jacuzzi, and the breezes all summer and
year-round nestled between the trees! Lot's of space for the cousins
to play hide and seek, or Easter egg hunting. Have your afternoon glass of wine or margarita while
heating up the BBQ for the family fun! Quick walk or drive to the beach.
Stair access at Stone Steps, or wonderful family friendly, easy
beach access at Moonlight Beach, as well as restaurants and down
town close! Enjoy the fresh ocean air. Take a walk to downtown Encinitas, for dinner (or
breakfast), or use the great convenient kitchen in the main house,
or the mini-kitchen in the casita. Take the Coaster
train to the Del Mar Races in late July-through early September.
Lots of shopping close by, walking distance to great casual dining,
lots of activities! Legoland is only 10 minutes away, San Diego, Sea
World, Gaslamp District or the San Diego Convention Center 25
minutes south, Disneyland is only 75 minutes to the north. Miles of
beaches in both directions, so take your pick. Play golf at any of
the many courses close by.

All about Encinitas:
Encinitas is a beachfront town that is located
north of San Diego off Highway 5. With an average daily temperature
year round of 72 degrees and sunshine almost every day, Encinitas is
synonymous with outdoor living. The town of Encinitas has six miles
of coastline, 10 public beaches, eleven parks, and is marked by the
Batiquitos Lagoon to the north and the San Elijo Lagoon to the
south. The beach at the southern end of Encinitas offers world class
surfing, and is also a great place for sunbathing and swimming.
In addition to the usual beach activities, other things to see and
do in Encinitas is visiting the Quail Botanical Gardens, the Friday
Farmer’s Market in Old Encinitas, and Sunday concerts at Moonlight
Beach in July and August. Shopping is diverse in Encinitas, mixing
quaint shops and restaurants in downtown with new shopping malls and
plazas. Once known as the “flower capital of the world,” visit one
of the several nurseries in Encinitas open to the public.
There is also a famous retreat located in Encinitas where people
from around the world come to meditate as they gaze at the Pacific
Ocean. With an annual street fair in the spring to Oktoberfest in
the fall, you will never run out of things to do while visiting
beautiful Encinitas!
